These products require a prescription approval. One of our licensed veterinarians must approve the medication for your pet. If it has been too long since we've last seen your pet, we may require an in-person visit before completing your purchase.  This is the same case when ordering from Chewy.

Your order will be submitted for approval automatically. If denied by the Vet, we will refund the purchase and contact you with next steps.
